We are the Harrison Family (as far as we know, not related to George, Rex, Benjamin or William)
There are four of us:
Daughter, Jane, is pursuing educating, Turkish young adults, in Musicolgy. She married, Farhan Kalhid and they have a beautiful baby girl, Yusra.
Three of us still live in the State of Missouri, in Troy. We all first lived in, St. Joseph, the home of the Pony Express & where Jesse James was killed. We are not cowboys, however, and our kids were born in Ohio-we parents in Illinois & Kentucky. We also lived in Ballwin (west suburb of St. Louis) and Hannibal, MO (home of Mark Twain) and then Jefferson City, MO (capitol of MO) but finally in Troy, MO (us parents),(further west suburb of St. Louis) where I got my wife to finally retire!
YOUR NUTRITION
How is your nutrition? If you are typical of Americans, it's poor at best! Face it, we invented "fast food." It's our downfall because we eat it too often! It's simple. The less you "eat out" the healthier and lighter in weight you will be! See the movie, Suptersize Me, if you don't believe it! Move more, eat less!
